Action Property Management is seeking a General Manager for onsite HOA high-rise leadership. You will hire, train, and motivate staff to deliver superior resident services, manage budgets, and uphold governing documents.

Applicants should have CMCA or be able to obtain it within 6 months, with strong communication, time management, and independent-work capabilities. This role emphasizes excellence and community care.

• 2-5 years of onsite HOA high rise General Manager experience.
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
• Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
