Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards.
• Serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Prepare management reports and present recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations for property maintenance and safety.
• Develop, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.
• Negotiate vendor contracts for quality service.
