Action Property Management is seeking an on-site General Manager for HOA high-rise communities in Houston, TX. You will oversee budgeting, governance, audits, and bidding while leading a skilled team to deliver exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of onsite HOA high rise General Manager experience.
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
• Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train and motivate an exceptional staff to deliver superior resident service.
• Oversee budgeting, audits, reserve studies, bidding processes and governance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues to exceed residents' expectations.
• Drive service excellence and professional standards across HOA properties.
