Job summary

Cedar Management Group LLC. is seeking an Onsite Community Manager to supervise day-to-day field operations for the Master HOA in Burlington, NC. This on-site role oversees facilities, grounds, and vendors and coordinates with the Board to drive project progress.

You will inspect properties, manage contractor performance, and ensure work aligns with approved scopes and schedules, with regular Board updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CMCA/AMS/PCAM designation preferred.
• Experience coordinating and supervising vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of landscaping, pools, buildings, and grounds.
• Document deficiencies and track corrective work through completion.
• Meet contractors on-site and oversee the landscaping, pool, SCM contractor, and other vendors.
• Develop proposed scopes of work and obtain RFPs for Board consideration.
• Walk proposed work with contractors, track progress, and escalate Board decisions when needed.
• Meet with Board members to review facility priorities and advance projects.
• Provide weekly updates to the Board on work completed, in progress, and vendor status.
• Attend monthly Board meetings as needed.
