Job summary

The Onsite Community Manager at Cedar Management Group provides day-to-day field oversight of Master HOA facilities, grounds, and projects. This hands-on role coordinates contractors, inspects property, and reports progress to the Board, with weekly updates and monthly meetings.

Regular travel within the community is required as part of site supervision. Work hours are 38 per week on-site with no work-from-home option; CMCA/AMS/PCAM designations are preferred and a High School Diploma is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of landscaping, pool areas, buildings, grounds, active projects, and other Master HOA facilities; document deficiencies and track corrective work.
• Meet contractors on-site and oversee the landscaping, pool company, SCM contractor, and other vendors.
• Monitor work against the scope and schedule; address deficiencies with vendors, inspect results, and verify completion.
• Develop proposed scopes of work and obtain RFPs from qualified vendors for Board consideration.
• Walk proposed work with contractors, track progress, and bring obstacles to the Board for decisions.
• Meet with Board members as needed to review facility priorities and advance community projects.
• Assess facility issues promptly and coordinate repairs within the position’s authority.
• Conduct weekly calls to update the Board on work completed, in progress, or concerns.
