Job summary

William Douglas Management in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Community Manager to be the face of our HOA portfolio. You will liaise with boards, residents, vendors, and contractors, with regular site visits and board meeting coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 1–2 years in HOA management or related client-facing roles. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in HOA management or equivalent client-facing role preferred.
• Ability to read financial statements and budgets.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspections of common area amenities.
• Assisting with rule enforcement.
• Coordinating community vendors.
• Organizing and running the Board meetings, Annual community meetings, and Board elections.
• Occasional evening meetings required, both in-person and virtual.
