Job summary

RealManage is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager in Mt Pleasant, SC to oversee daily operations, serve as the primary onsite contact for the Board, residents, and vendors, and coordinate property maintenance and projects.

You will manage budgets, financial reporting, and capital projects with RealManage support, maintain records, prepare Friday reports, and ensure compliance with governance and HOA documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated community management experience with financial reporting, reserve planning, capital projects and vendor contracts.
• Familiar with coastal insurance, elevators, building maintenance and fire/life-safety systems.
• Strong writing, organization, financial analysis and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, management portals and accounting reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned community association.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the Board, residents and vendors.
• Take ownership of financial coordination, property maintenance and project follow-up.
• Coordinate budgets, monthly financial reviews and budget variances.
• Coordinate capital projects with the Board, contractors and qualified professionals.
• Maintain organized portal records and prepare meeting materials.
