RealManage Elevated Onsite in Rancho Santa Fe, CA seeks an Onsite General Manager with strong entrepreneurial drive and exceptional leadership. You will oversee strategic, financial, and operational aspects for a luxury community, cultivating relationships with the board and governing entities while ensuring fiscal discipline and high service standards. The role emphasizes staff development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Competenze

• HOA onsite management experience required.
• 5-10 years HOA industry experience preferred.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience required.
• Certifications preferred: LSM, PCAM/CCAM, AMS or CMCA.

Mansioni

• Manage timely and quarterly managers' performance evaluations for Fairbanks Ranch on-site staff.
• Oversee operation of the association in line with board direction, laws, governance and regs.
• Partner with the board to execute the association’s vision and direction.
• Liaise between governing entities and leadership to optimize outcomes.
• Provide strategic input on financial decisions and budgetary planning.
• Lead annual and budget meetings, board meetings, and other required sessions.
• Recruit, train, and manage on-site leaders; mentor staff across levels.
• Respond to escalated requests and improve service gaps.
