RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite General Manager for the Fairbanks Ranch community in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The role leads strategic, financial, and operational activities, partnering with the board to drive the association’s vision and ensure excellent resident service.

Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $185,000 per year, with full-time benefits and growth opportunities. The GM will supervise on-site staff, manage annual and budget meetings, and maintain strong relationships

Formación

• HOA onsite management experience required.
• 5–10 years of HOA industry experience preferred.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience required.
• LSM, PCAM/CCAM, AMS or CMCA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site staff performance evaluations and ensure timely completion.
• Lead annual and board meetings, budgeting, and strategic planning for the community.
• Collaborate with the board to execute vision and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Direct operations to meet financial and service objectives for Fairbanks Ranch.
• Recruit, train, and mentor on-site leaders to ensure high performance.
• Represent the association in civic and professional activities.
