Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite in Schertz, TX is seeking an Onsite General Manager to lead the Homestead Residential Master Community. The role requires 3–5 years HOA management, strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor coordination to ensure excellent resident experiences.

You will collaborate with the HOA board, supervise staff, and drive monthly reporting, policy implementation, and long-range plans. Competitive salary and full benefits accompany this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years HOA management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associates degree or relevant experience acceptable.
• CMCA/AMS/PCAM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HOA/onsite management program.
• Develop and manage annual operating, cash and capital budgets with board input.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors and maintain records.
• Direct department managers and ensure policy adherence and governance.
• Coordinate with committees, vendors, and residents to deliver services.
• Lead community engagement, events and lifestyle initiatives.
