Job summary

Community Association Management (CAM) seeks an experienced On-Site Community Manager to oversee Metro Crossing Master Association in Fremont, California. This hands-on role emphasizes visible community presence, ownership from inspection to resolution, and effective vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage clubs, pools, common areas, and capital projects, support the Board, and deliver professional resident service with clear reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• HOA/community management experience required.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, appearance, and operational concerns.
• Oversee clubhouse, pool/spa, fitness facilities, common areas, landscaping, lighting, gates, and other assets.
• Manage and monitor Association vendors and contractors.
• Create, track, and follow work orders through completion.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and vendor access.
• Review vendor proposals and assist with Board recommendations.
• Oversee approved maintenance and capital projects from start to finish.
• Maintain inspection reports, photos, service reports, and warranties.
• Prepare monthly management reports and updates for the Board.
