Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) in Anaheim, CA to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations. You will work closely with the DCAM and Boards to ensure professional service, issue resolution, and alignment with RealManage’s standards.

You will build strong relationships with homeowners, boards, and vendors, guiding strategic plans, budgets, and risk management while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and vibrant, well‑managed

Qualifications

• CMCA certification desired.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 3 years in community management.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Experience managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to Boards of Directors.
• Manage vendor relationships, bidding, contract negotiation, and payments.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff for high performance.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
• Monitor collections and accounts receivable; coordinate with legal when needed.
• Present timely updates and insights to Boards and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and industry standards.
