OPTIMUM PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations, ensuring top-notch customer service for boards, homeowners, and vendors.

Responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, reviewing financials, and guiding clients toward sound decisions. The role requires strong communication, familiarity with CA Civil Code, and professional certifications (CMCA/PCAM) preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and communication skills for collecting input and executing responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret association bylaws and other governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Attend board meetings and prepare necessary materials.
• Review financial statements and assist with annual budget preparation.
• Transcribe minutes and action items; ensure timely distribution to boards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies within 15 minutes when required.
