Job summary

Community Management Associates (CMA) seeks an Onsite Community Association Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a residential community in Hoover, Alabama. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, manage budgets, prepare reports, and coordinate maintenance, vendor work, and amenity reservations.

This full-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to read governing documents, conduct inspections, and ensure service quality while maintaining

Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly manager's report and board agenda.
• Manage the monthly action item list.
• Handle owner and resident requests for common elements or association services.
• Inspect property and schedule repairs with contractors or maintenance staff.
• Maintain maintenance work order system and tracking.
• Attend board meetings and hearings; approve bills and budgets.
• Coordinate staff and vendor communications and manage amenity reservations.
