The role involves coordinating vendor activities, assisting with annual meetings, budgeting input, and enforcing community rules while maintaining resident communications.

You will handle schedules, respond to service requests, manage facilities like clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and coordinate events.

Qualifications

• Onsite work location in a typical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain board and homeowner communications and enforce rules as directed by the Board and Covenants.
• Coordinate vendor activities and supervise contractors to ensure contract compliance.
• Attend monthly Board meetings and prepare agendas and action items.
• Coordinate events, clubhouse and facility rentals, and association activities.
• Assist in preparing annual budget input and contract pricing as needed.
