Job summary

CM is seeking an Onsite Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and management agent. The role entails coordinating homeowner association activities, bidding processes, budgeting input, and liaising with the Board, residents, and contractors.

This is an onsite position based in Hoover, AL, with a schedule Monday–Friday and possible evenings/weekends, and a compensation range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with budgeting processes is required.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Homeowner Association in bidding for property improvements and contracts.
• Coordinate the Annual meeting and Board elections.
• Oversee contractor selection and contract specifications.
• Supervise recurring service contractors and monitor performance.
• Perform regular common area inspections and receive service requests.
• Coordinate events and clubhouse/pavilion rentals.
• Communicate Board decisions to residents and coordinate with committees.
