Job summary

Neighborhood Management, LLC seeks a Community Association Manager to support Homeowners Associations in Birmingham, AL and surrounding markets. A background in Association or Multifamily management is a plus, but the right candidate with motivation and attention to detail will be considered.

Responsibilities include resolving homeowner complaints, processing work orders, managing contractors, and enforcing rules in collaboration with HOA boards and residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Background in Association/Multifamily management is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve homeowner complaints
• Process work orders and repair requests promptly
• Manage neighborhood contractors (landscapers, maintenance personnel, pool managers, etc.)
• Work with Board members and residents to enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
• Daily communication with board members and residents
