This temp-to-hire role focuses on high-volume recruiting, sourcing, screening, and connecting with candidates for technician-level and sales positions, with an immediate goal of about 20 hires.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through offers, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain strong candidate relationships in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Screening and interviewing to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintaining large candidate pipelines and managing multiple openings.
• Building and sustaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for broader candidate reach.
