This temp-to-hire role focuses on high-volume recruiting, sourcing, screening, and connecting with candidates for technician-level and sales positions, with an immediate goal of about 20 hires.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Temp-to-Hire

Bridgewater, NJ | 100% Onsite

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction/homebuilding and remodeling organization that is experiencing a significant increase in hiring needs. This is a hands‑on recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, screening, and connecting with candidates in a fast‑paced environment.

The immediate priority will be supporting a large influx of hiring needs, particularly for technician‑level positions, with approximately 20 hires anticipated, while also supporting the company's ongoing sales recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through offer
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage a high volume of open positions and candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, references, and offers
• Support recruiting for both technician and sales positions
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity
• Help develop creative strategies to attract qualified talent in a competitive market

What We're Looking For

• Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, technicians, homebuilding, remodeling, or sales is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish nice to have
