Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions across multiple departments and locations.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring timely movement through the recruitment process.
