Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles to uphold the physical standards of a high-rise property, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks across common areas.

Requirements include 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, high-rise exposure, and Yardi familiarity, plus EPA certifications preferred. Valid driver’s license and safety-conscious demeanor are required.

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• High rise experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory; documents work performed for tracking and reporting.
