Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• High Rise experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes work orders from residents and routine upkeep.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and conducts pre-move-out inspections.
• Inspects and maintains grounds, buildings, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Coordinates with managers, vendors, and contractors; manages supplies and safety compliance.
• Conducts safety meetings and stays updated on OSHA regulations.
