Job summary

Century Solutions Group, Inc. in Tyrone, GA is seeking a Help Desk II Technician to deliver high-quality technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot issues, manage service requests, and help ensure the reliability and security of client systems.

This onsite role requires strong communication, ownership of issues, and the ability to work in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will document processes thoroughly and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience.
• Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, professional technical support to clients across environments (remote and onsite).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage tickets and escalation.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ConnectWise and IT Glue.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and Teams.
• Participate in an after-hours, on-call rotation.
• Stay current with technologies and industry best practices.
