CEI is seeking an onsite Help Desk Technician to configure, deploy, and maintain end-user workstations in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will support ticket resolution, workstation deployments, data protection practices, and secure configuration standards to keep end users productive.

The role requires 2+ years in technical operations or desktop support, strong customer service, and experience with Windows, Teams, and Office.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of technical operations support or workstation/desktop support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to provide on-the-spot user training
• Proficiency supporting Windows workstations and common productivity tools
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of operating system imaging concepts
• Ability to follow approved tooling, licensing, and security configuration standards
• A+ Certification
• Ability to routinely transport items up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs

Aufgaben

• Monitor and update the dispatch/ticketing queue; work assigned support tickets to resolution
• Troubleshoot workstation hardware/software issues and provide technical guidance to end users
• Configure, install, monitor, and maintain workstation software and hardware
• Perform workstation builds, deployments, software installs, and user workstation data backup activities
• Test, troubleshoot, maintain, modify, validate, and document application packages
• Document configurations and standards to support consistent troubleshooting and faster resolution
• Assist with administrative support tasks such as reporting, replacement part ordering, and inventory/status tracking
