Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk technician to be onsite in Canonsburg, PA for a 6–9 month contract with possible extensions. The role splits 60% ticketing and 40% end-user support, addressing tier-1 and tier-2 requests, and maintaining an accurate CMDB.

Responsibilities include incident management, asset tracking, and troubleshooting in Microsoft Office environments, with onboarding/offboarding support for new hires. Competitive hourly compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with Windows OS support / Help Desk responsibilities.
• Active Directory experience.
• Office 365 and Mac OS experience.
• Ticketing experience across IT support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 end-user support in-person or remote.
• Manage, respond to, and resolve incidents and service requests per SLA.
• End-user support and issue resolution across environments.
• Follow asset management processes and maintain CMDB records.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office tools including O365 and Teams.
• Configure and troubleshoot basic VM, network, and file-share issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
