Qualifications

• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office/365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees across the company.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets, emails, calls, and chat requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Build, configure, and deploy PCs and tablets.
• Maintain and update the IT Asset Inventory system.
