Job summary

Saipro Systems Llc. is seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to provide onsite technical assistance.

The role involves provisioning, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, helping users, and ensuring smooth operation of business applications in a Windows/Office 365 environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and hands-on experience with ITIL practices, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and desktop imaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of client support experience or a bachelor’s degree in a computer field is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Imaging and inventory management experience is desirable.
• Experience in ITIL Service Management environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide online and desk-side helpdesk services to identify and resolve IT operational issues.
• Document service procedures for all resolutions.
• Handle end-user support for end-user systems and devices.
• Support Windows Server 2008‑2012 environments, LAN, VPN, O365, SharePoint, Active Directory, VOIP and other apps.
• Install and support Microsoft enterprise products and perform printer installations and toner replacements.
• Generate KPI reports and document system operations using MS Office.
