A leading technology services firm in Fairfield, Maine is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide tier 1 technical support for classroom AV and computing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with help desk ticketing and in-person IT support, alongside strong communication skills. This role is primarily onsite at Kennebec Valley Community College and involves assisting with various IT services across multiple campuses.

Formación

• Experience with Help Desk Ticketing.
• Experience with In Person IT Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier 1 technical support and administrative functions across MCCS IT services.
• Troubleshoot classroom audiovisual and computing equipment.
• Support enterprise applications and infrastructure divisions.

Conocimientos

Help Desk Ticketing

In Person IT Support

Azure AD/Teams experience

Knowledge of design, image creation, implementation, upgrades

Feedback and recommendations

Assist students and faculty

Researching and maintaining desktop documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
