Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair or related field.
• Associate degree preferred to support technical proficiency; HS diploma/GED accepted with experience.
• Flexibility for varied shifts, overtime, and weekend work as operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned repair tasks efficiently, aiming to meet or exceed flat rate times and minimize rework.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workshop environment.
• Accurately complete work orders, parts orders, JSA, and data management entries in DBS, SIMS, and SIS Web.
