Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws in healthcare
• Hands-on sourcing experience including social platforms and search strings
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies.
• Lead proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.
• Design targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill healthcare roles.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates and guide hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a timely process.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience and manage offers.
