Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles in Woonsocket, RI. You will partner with hiring leaders, leverage ATS/CRM systems, and execute sourcing strategies to build a competitive talent pipeline.

The role emphasizes a metrics-driven approach, candidate experience, and employer branding, with on-site work Monday–Friday and collaboration across teams to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline.
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
