Job summary

AccuCare Home Health of St. Louis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment for our organization, represent our employer brand, and ensure a superior candidate experience from sourcing to offer and onboarding. This role requires strong coordination and communication across teams.

This is an on-site, Mon-Fri role in the St. Louis area (Olivette, MO). healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, preferably healthcare.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and hire top talent across roles.
• Manage multiple requisitions and coordinate with HR managers.
• Prepare offer letters and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks as needed.
• Support diversity and inclusive recruitment practices.
