Qualifications

• Two+ years of talent acquisition experience.

• Ability to travel to multiple worksites.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in recruitment and retention of talent across clinical and non-clinical positions and campuses.
• Develops recruitment plans; sources candidates; meets hiring goals.
• Advises on market trends, compensation, and offers; ensures EEOC compliance.
