Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles for multiple campuses.
• Develops and executes recruitment plans to meet department goals.
• Ensures EEOC compliance and effective communication with candidates throughout the process.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
