Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Strong sourcing, networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates early.
• Establish relationships with residency programs, universities, and community partners.
