Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and training.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• On-site, in-office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR onboarding and CME credits tracking; ensure required documents are uploaded to HRIS.
• Conduct file audits and follow up on missing documents and expired certifications.
• Manage training compliance, licensure, and aptitude exams.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and logistics for on-site operations.
