Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with onboarding and CME credits tracking.
• Ensure employee files are uploaded to HRIS and compliant.
• Perform file audits for missing documents and expirations.
• Manage training, licensure, and aptitude exam compliance.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics.
• Take meeting minutes and prepare correspondence and reports.
• Oversee conference room scheduling and catering for events.
• Handle receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
