Control Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to join our Pasadena team. You will maintain the computer desktop environment, analyze requirements, resolve problems, and support on-site users with PCs, printers, and related equipment.

You will handle end-user support, license tracking, and perform PC maintenance and configurations, with responsibilities in Active Directory, SQL Server, and deployment tasks. This role is based in Pasadena and reported to the IT Manager.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5 years of Desktop support or related experience.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
• Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
• Utilize and maintain helpdesk tracking software.
• Document internal procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any additional specialized equipment.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
• Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
• Company phone system & cell phone support
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
