Job summary

Paylocity, based in Meridian, ID, seeks a Managed Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with a focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful outcomes and timely go-lives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and 2+ years in HCM/benefits/payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in a customer service or interfacing role.
• 2+ years in HCM, benefits, payroll or HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services (MIS) based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met.
• Onboard client data during the implementation process.
