Job summary

Paylocity, an in-office role in Meridian, ID, seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with emphasis on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful outcomes and identify opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of payroll experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance at federal, state, and local levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate internally with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met
• Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process
• Proactively overcoming challenges
