Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. seeks an InSite Program Manager to support client environmental management programs in San Antonio, TX. This role serves as the primary interface for the client’s hazardous waste program and ensures on-site execution with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

The position involves coordinating waste shipments, labeling, regulatory adherence, and daily site operations to deliver compliant, high-quality service and support for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of hazardous or medical waste experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory state requirements of Small and Large Quantity Generators.
• Compliance with OSHA Respiratory Protection standard requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with safe work practices.
• Oversee waste activities at multiple generating locations.
• Act as main contact for waste management/minimization issues.
• Create waste profiles, labels, manifests and LDRs for shipments.
• Manage all aspects of waste shipments and disposal.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high quality service.
