Job summary

Clean Harbors in Greenwood, IN, seeks an InSite Project Manager to lead execution of a client environmental management program at a client site. The role blends industry experience with strong management and administrative skills to support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing waste management, coordinating onsite teams, and delivering accurate reporting on KPIs and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of operations management, environmental services, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• RCRA, OSHA HAZWOPER (24-hour), and DOT training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management at a client site, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maximize equipment and manpower utilization to boost productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Guide onsite personnel through coaching, training and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to optimize programs.
