Job summary

Clean Harbors in Denver, CO is seeking an InSite Operations Manager to oversee waste generated at hospital sites and ensure compliance with SOPs. You will support Program Managers, travel to eight sites, pack hazardous waste, and communicate with hospital management.

The role reports to the Mountain District Manager, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading field operations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Financial management, logistics or sales experience.
• Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement and market penetration.
• Leadership experience.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.
• Completion of the HEP series vaccine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Resolve job related issues such as billing, collections, customer issues and post-job follow-up.
• Meet with customers to proactively resolve customer issues or complaints.
• Maintain satisfactory customer relationship.
• Responsible for maintaining customer and CHES spreadsheets.
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirement.
• Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures.
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
