Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager for Environmental Hazardous Waste to oversee all company activities and manage on-site staff at a customer location. You will ensure safety, coordinate waste programs, and maintain compliance across cradle-to-grave waste management.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of EPA/DOT/NRC regulations, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package offered by Clean Harbors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternative combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with all safety policies.
• Coordinate onsite employees for customer air, water, and hazardous waste programs.
• Track facility-wide waste generation, storage, and disposal with reports.
• Package waste properly to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Schedule transportation and disposal of wastes as needed.
• Maintain equipment for routine service and projects.
• Scope projects and provide estimates.
• Assist customers with data for Generator's Annual Report and other reporting.
• Conduct facility compliance audits and inspections for housekeeping and compliance.
• Communicate between customers, drivers, and central logistics.
• Provide compliance, maintenance, safety and permitting information to Manager.
