The InSite Operations Manager will guide onsite teams, drive performance, and coordinate with customer stakeholders. The position includes growth opportunities and a strong focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of operations management/ environmental services experience.
• Proficient in safety regulations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at client sites, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Health and Safety oversight of onsite personnel supporting air, water, and hazardous waste programs.
• Maximize equipment and manpower utilization to support productivity, service quality and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for operational and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide accurate reporting and data to upper management on operations and KPIs.
