Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Operator to monitor alarms, coordinate response, and produce incident reports from the West Chester, PA office.

This onsite role requires vigilance and strong customer service in protecting personnel and infrastructure. The successful candidate will support crisis management, use security tech (CCTV, access control, Everbridge), and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (2 yrs) in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in private sector, law enforcement, or a combination.
• Onsite role with ability to respond to incidents during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate alarm activity across locations and dispatch security teams.
• Write, escalate and distribute incident reports for crises and events.
• Use incident command programs and security tools to manage incidents and communications.
