Job summary

Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services in Indianapolis seeks a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator. You will monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security tech, assess threats, investigate incidents, and prepare detailed reports to support timely actions and client safety.

The ideal candidate has practical GSOC experience, strong analytical skills, calm decision-making, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of GSOC experience or equivalent in a security operations environment.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring, access control, alarms, and incident escalation.
• Comfort with preparing professional incident reports and communicating to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day physical security monitoring and incident reporting in a GSOC.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security technologies.
• Review alerts, investigate incidents, and determine escalation procedures.
• Prepare and publish detailed incident reports using internal systems.
• Provide timely situational awareness to management and stakeholders.
• Support incident response and coordination of larger security events.
