Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor security incidents, coordinate responses, and analyze trends across multiple data sources. The role supports Watch Center leadership with timely, accurate reporting and action-oriented insights.

Responsibilities include WPV handling, Everbridge briefing, and collaboration with HR, Security Management, and site teams to improve safety and response effectiveness.

Competenze

• Exposure to workplace violence threat assessment processes or willingness to be trained in WAVR-21.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and analyze security incidents; verify documentation and track follow-up actions to closure.
• Review WPV incidents and route to HR/ER and Security per established protocols.
• Monitor Everbridge feeds and prepare concise briefs for Watch Center leadership.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain consistent reporting standards across shifts.
• Analyze incident and crime data to identify trends and operational gaps.
• Review robodog reports and integrate findings into trend reports for action.
