Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will negotiate pricing and terms and coordinate post-sale implementation with clients.

The role requires proactive lead generation, strong CRM skills, and frequent travel. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years of sales experience, plus a valid driver’s license for domestic travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required due to regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, new products, services and broker practices.
• Conduct analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; achieve monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and opportunities.
