Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated prospects. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation and contract finalization.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a comprehensive sales pipeline. Regular travel to client sites and events is expected to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and finalize service agreements.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings during implementation phase.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
